Weekend Away
The Hubby and I will be heading down to Newport once he arrives home from work. Thankfully, it's only an hour drive or so. Nothing is too far away in this tiny little state.
The weather is positively dreary right now. I want some nice spring weather!
I really should go pack up my stuff for the weekend. It's better to be ready before he gets home. That way we won't both be rushing around. And I don't know how, but I swear my cat can tell that we're going to be gone. He's been my shadow all day and attempting to demand attention constantly. He just walked out of the office and started meowing. Apparently, he believes I should follow him.

Our dog can always tell when we're getting ready to leave on a trip once she sees a suitcase. Hope y'all have a nice trip!

When we arrived home today, my cat became super-hyper. He was quite happy to have us home

It's true, cats can tell when you're about to leave them. And they get very upset heh.
